Orbitvu Station 26.2 "Flawless Signet": less manual work, more consistent shots
Orbitvu Station 26.2 introduces three new AI tools, smarter exposure, and a cleaner capture workflow to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
Alphashot XL G2 is an automated product photography system that captures photos, 360, dimensions, weight, and AI OCR label data in one workflow.

Table of contents
We are proud to launch Alphashot XL G2 - an automated product photography system that captures images, dimensions, weight data, and label information in a single workflow.

If you have ever finished a photo session only to realize you still need to measure the product at another station, retype label data into a spreadsheet, or chase missing logistics data before publishing - this system is built to end that loop. Every extra step adds time, cost, and human error risk.
The result is often incomplete product records, delayed listings, and a process that does not scale without adding headcount.
Alphashot XL G2 brings product photography and product data capture into one workflow.
Place your product on the turntable and walk away with everything you need to publish a complete, marketplace-ready product record.

Capture professional visuals with studio-quality lighting from 170 individually controlled LED panels and a Canon EOS R camera system. The curved back wall gives you more shooting space inside a compact studio footprint. Templates and presets keep every session fast and consistent, regardless of who runs it.

The integrated MDC (Master Data Capture) module measures and weighs your product directly on the turntable. No separate station, no extra device, no manual entry. Data goes straight into product metadata.

AI OCR in Orbitvu Station reads what is printed on the product - descriptions, ingredients, volume, and EAN codes - and saves it as structured, ready-to-publish data. It reads what is there and does not invent content.
If you manage thousands of SKUs and every listing needs visuals, dimensions, weight, and structured data, you can produce everything in one session and push it directly to your PIM or e-store.
If throughput and consistency win your accounts, one operator can capture up to 250 products per day. With Alphashot XL G2 MDC, you can also offer product master data capture as an additional service and reach new client segments without extra stations or staff.
If your process is scattered across stations and people, replace that chain with one workstation. Capture photos, dimensions, weight, and label data in a single session.
Alphashot XL G2 is a hardware and software evolution of the original Alphashot XL - same footprint, far more capability. The biggest change: the original captures photos, while Alphashot XL G2 captures photos and complete product data in one workflow.
